Invoking the power of Prana and working with Hanuman as our muse, we will explore deep heart & hip opening postures as a way of expanding our capacity and enlivening our vital essence from a place of true potency. This vinyasa practice will be strong and skilful, with an emphasis on proper alignment within the flow, and modifications offered to suit mixed levels of practice.
Meeting Hanuman: Devotion in Action 1:00pm-3:30pm
This afternoon presentation will be an introduction to the charismatic Hindu deity known as Hanuman, the embodiment of courage and devotion in action. Workshop will include a formal presentation and lecture, storytelling, supportive handouts, meditation and mantra practice. This workshop will be inspiring for both yoga students and teachers, no previous knowledge of Hindu mythology needed!
Natalie Rousseau has been teaching since 2002 and is a passionate student of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation. She lives in Pemberton BC and leads inspirational Teacher Trainings, Workshops & Retreats in British Columbia and beyond.
