We have a really nice top floor redone with beautiful laminate flooring; new paint; new doors etc unit available now at our small 9 unit complex. This is on the TOP floor and has a large balcony for bbq'ing and hanging out! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR ON SITE. There 2 SETs of stairs to get up to suite.

Adress: 622 Quilchena Crescent. (it is on a cul-de-sac in really nice quiet part of town) The only traffic on the road is the residents of the apartment.

How to get there: Heading north on island hwy, take a right at Earls Restaurant on Rock City Road, then take first right again Country Club Drive. After 7-8 houses, take first left which is Quilchena!

Whens it Available: It is available Oct 20!

Whats included: Heat and hotwater and parking. You are responsible for your own hydro (lights and plugs which aren't much). You pay for your own cable if you want it.

Laundry: Yes there is a Laundry room in the building. Its coin operated.

Kids: Sure

Noise: Its on a nice very quiet area in a cul de sac located of Country Club drive.

Unit: There is a large balcony area out front, and it has lots of parking.

Pets: 1 small cat would be ok, your german shepherd is not allowed (don't ask).

Neighbors: There are only 8 other units there. They're all nice friendly people who live there.

You must be non-partying, quiet and respectful towards your neighbors.
